Cesar has been selling online since 1998, first with Classifieds2000.com and Craigslist.com, then eBay in 2000. With eBay sales of over $3.8 million, he moved to Amazon FBA in the early stages of the program's creation in 2009.

He is a Certified Packing and Shipping expert trained by The UPS Store franchise in 2004. While operating the UPS Store franchise for several years, he realized weaknesses and threats to the UPS Store franchise system while pursuing an MBA and deep-diving into the SWOT analysis.

SWOT analysis is a decision-making technique for identifying an organization's or project's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

That's when the ah-ha light bulb moment went off in his head. He decided to depart from the franchise and return as an independent store owner, utilizing the knowledge from The UPS Store to strengthen his brand while also identifying weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
